In this seminar, we will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of basic knowledge about sleep, lifestyle habits for a comfortable night's sleep , and how to choose bedding.

The state of sleep changes with age, and in seniors over 50 , sleep satisfaction decreases and they often wake up mid-sleep. Sleep among seniors varies greatly from person to person, and differences in daily living styles and sleeping environments can manifest as differences in sleep. In addition, they are easily affected by the sleeping environment such as sound, light, temperature, and humidity, so consideration must be given to the bedroom and bedding. In this seminar, we will learn how to understand changes in sleep due to aging and how to maintain and improve the sleep health of seniors through lifestyle habits and sleep environment.
