About delivery and shipping charges

Products ordered by Sagawa Express will be delivered from the Shiga factory.
If your order is less than 33,000 yen (tax included), a shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged.
However, additional charges may apply to remote islands and some areas. Please note.
Yamato household goods delivery Large items
( bed frames, mattresses, etc.) will be quoted separately.

About shipping

■It usually takes one week for bedding and three to four weeks for large items such as couches, beds, and furniture from ordering to shipping. Please note.

*Please note that we are closed during the year-end and New Year holidays, so it may take longer than the above. For more information, please see "Notifications" on the top page.
*If paying by bank transfer, bedding will be shipped within 1 week and furniture will be shipped within 4 weeks after payment is confirmed.

In the unlikely event that you are not present when the product is delivered, please be sure to directly contact the handling transportation office listed on the absence form within 6 days.
In the unlikely event that your package is not received after the storage period (6 days) has passed, your package may be returned to our store. We appreciate your cooperation in receiving your luggage as soon as possible.

Please note that you may be required to pay for the shipping charges incurred in that case, as well as the round-trip shipping costs when resending the item.
We will contact you later regarding the shipping charges required for pick-up, as this will vary depending on the package.
Please note that we do not accept shipments outside of Japan.

About the return deadline

■Products may be returned only if the product is defective or if the product arrives different from the one you ordered.
■Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after receiving the product. (*Limited to unused items)
*We cannot accept returns if the product is expired or has been used. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please note that due to the nature of viewing on a computer, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color. (The color of the image will not be treated as a defect on our part. If you would like to know more about the color, etc., please contact us before purchasing.)
Before completing your order, please be sure to check the delivery route, etc. for size, color, and non-standard size products.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience, such as ``different from the image'', not being able to enter the room, ordering the wrong item, etc.
