I bought a futon around March this year. I was told, "If you use this futon, you won't need a kotatsu or blankets," but I wasn't sure if it was true. I bought an Iwata down quilt this winter. Until last year, I used to warm the room with an oil heater during this cold season, put a blanket on top of two duvets, and sleep with a hot water bottle inside the quilt. In the summer, I couldn't stand the heat, so I slept with the air conditioner on almost every night. I know it's not good for my body, but it's hard to stop.
