We strive to create a relaxing space even though we are located in the city. Please feel free to stop by and experience the comfort of sleeping on Iwata.

At IWATA Tokyo, a bedding specialty store, you can actually try out the comfort of Iwata bedding.

Each store is staffed by professionally trained staff such as dedicated sleep improvement instructors and sleep environment advisors, so we can provide advice on everything from bedding to the bedroom environment, such as what kind of bedding is comfortable for customers. Please feel free to ask.

We have started online consultation via LINE so that you can consult and answer questions about bedding from the comfort of your own home.
Our store staff will be available to assist you in the same way as we would normally talk to you directly in-store.
If you would like to make a reservation to visit us or have an online consultation, please apply for your desired date and time from LINE below.
Please make your reservation by 4pm the day before (excluding Wednesdays). Store staff will contact you with further details.
Visits and online consultations are available between 11:00 and 16:00, excluding regular holidays (every Wednesday).
